The staff were friendly and helpful. Because of the location, getting there by bike was a bit trickier than expected.

The rooms were small but well‑designed and had everything we needed. The B&B is very close to the centre, so we could walk to the places we wanted. We were given clear instructions about where the rooms were, when breakfast was served, how to enter at any time, and how to open the doors. Breakfast was generous, with fresh rolls, pastries, muesli, and cheese. The bathroom had a strong drain smell, probably from a long‑unrun tap, and there were spots that needed fixing, though the towels were clean.

“Very helpful staff but the hotel is not good”

The receptionist went above and beyond to help us; they were very kind. The location is very central and the room was clean once we sorted it out. The first room we received had a terrible drain smell that could be detected from the hallway, so I didn’t normally ask for a change but it was unbearable. We were moved to another room, and the reception staff was again helpful, but the new room hadn’t been cleaned at all since the previous guest—the bedding was unchanged. The staff cleaned it for us, which took about 40 minutes, and the room was great afterward.

I stayed in a centrally located room with optimal mattresses and good furnishings, but the bathroom had mold in the shower grout, a loose outlet, and a sink with limescale deposits.
