A artists' villa hidden in a park-like garden, not visible from the street. Once you find it, you enter a paradise. The rooms are more than large and the staff is super friendly and helpful. No indication that the hotel is behind a fence.

The location is wonderful! The garden is very pretty, the air is fresh, it's quiet, the room is clean, and the hosts are warm. Thanks a lot! We'll definitely come back!

A beautiful garden! Unfortunately it's a bit noisy when the door is open because the fast road isn't that far away. The room is somewhat dark and the Wi‑Fi isn't the fastest.

A beautiful garden overlooking Svetitskhoveli, a lovely terrace, and a cozy room. The breakfast, like a lunch with homemade khinkali, was simply magnificent. Marika feels like a close friend already. Thank you very much!
