Balkan Hotel Garni

The room and location were great, but the breakfast could be improved.

The location, hygiene, and very polite reception staff were all commendable.

“Great staff, smelly room though”

The rooms were spacious, nicely decorated, and the staff were accommodating; late check‑in went smoothly and everything was clean, but the parking outside was cramped on the pavement, the room and bathroom had a weird odor, the building felt old, and the sofa bed was uncomfortable. We liked the staff, but they need to improve, especially because the smell was very unpleasant and ruined the stay.

The hotel is in a good spot, offers a varied breakfast, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Street parking is available, and the quiet side street in front of the hotel adds to the peaceful feel.

The place was clean, the staff friendly, and the breakfast was good, but finding the entrance was a bit tricky and the area around the hotel was somewhat noisy.
