I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The property was well-maintained, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the overall hospitality was excellent. I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Sameer Pathan from the Engineering Department. We faced a technical issue with room key during our stay, and Sameer handled it promptly and professionally. He understood the problem, took immediate action, and ensured that it was resolved smoothly. His polite behaviour, helpful nature, and professional attitude truly deserve appreciation. It is always great to see staff members who are dedicated to their work and genuinely care about guest satisfaction. Overall, I had a very good experience at the hotel. The excellent service provided by the team, especially Sameer, made the stay even more comfortable. Keep up the great work! Highly recommended
