We really liked it—everything was very clean and organized, the room was very comfortable, the bathtub was spacious, and the staff were attentive. I had a minor issue with the bathtub tap; it seemed stuck, making it hard to turn the water on and off, and I even had it slip a few times.

The stay was fine until 15:00, but the reception phone didn’t work, the room was visibly dirty around the bed, the bathroom had no toilet paper or liquid soap, the intercom was useless, and the toilet was soiled even though the paper said it was cleaned—quite frustrating.

The setting was really beautiful, spotless and offered great value for money, with staff who were extremely courteous and helpful. However, the reservation details weren’t explained clearly, so I couldn’t take full advantage of all the included benefits.
