It’s super close to Calama’s main avenue, very cozy and safe, though I might have liked some heating in the room because it was a bit chilly; otherwise everything was fine.

I really appreciated the calm atmosphere of the hotel and its spot near the mall. The room was roomy, comfortable, and the temperature was just right. The bed and linens were super cozy, letting me sleep soundly. I also want to point out how friendly the staff were—always attentive and welcoming. Overall, it was a peaceful, comfortable, and pleasant stay. The only thing that could be better is the breakfast: it came with three slices of white bread, two small pots of butter, jam, a small packet of cookies, a Bon o Bon, a boxed juice, tea, coffee, and sugar. It felt too loaded with sweet items and offered very few nutritious or savory options. Adding things like ham and cheese for the bread, a sweetener besides sugar, and something like yogurt, fruit, or compote would make it much more complete. I liked the hotel a lot and had a great stay, so improving the breakfast would make the experience even better.
