We really enjoyed this place. It’s awesome that the sauna and pool are included in the stay price. The staff were very polite and client‑oriented, and we’re genuinely grateful for their welcome! On the flip side, I’ll be honest: please replace the shower curtain more often, keep an eye on the room blinds so the curtains hang nicely and work properly, check the door handles that need repair, the TVs in the room were there but unfortunately wouldn’t turn on—please look into that, the linen was crisp and ironed but in many spots it looked worn from use. These are all small things, but please address them—I believe you can do it, and don’t take offense at my feedback.
