Excellent staff, room, large jetted bath tub, bed was so comfy!. Making it more apparent that breakfast is offered but charged

The wet carpet smelled of mold. cockroaches in the shower and among the towels, so filthy. they treated me terribly for changing rooms and the receptionist told me to leave because I kept changing rooms. I was in the parking lot. looking for somewhere to go because I paid for 4 days and on the second day they left me on the street. I was crying in the Pepes parking lot

The lobby was spotless and smelled pleasant, and the staff were very efficient, but the air conditioner in my room was extremely loud.
