Hotel Nifal was not only the first stop on our Uzbekistan trip but also an unforgettable stay; even though we had a reservation at another hotel at the end of the trip, we cancelled it and came back because of the cleanliness, the warm attention from the staff, and the home‑like atmosphere; the team was so thoughtful they asked how we liked our eggs every morning; when our return flight was early and we couldn’t have breakfast, they still brought sandwiches and eggs to our room; we didn’t just stay in a hotel, we felt with our loved ones in genuine hospitality, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone heading to Samarkand.

The staff were amazing, very helpful—helped us book a wine tour when our SIMs wouldn’t let us call—and chatty; breakfast was delicious, the facilities spotless, and the towels and bedsheets were modern.

The hotel was spotless, and the breakfast items were fresh, carefully prepared, and plentiful. The breakfast lounge matched the cleanliness of the rooms. The front‑desk staff member, Allahverdi, was friendly, smiling, and helpful from the moment we entered the hotel until we said goodbye.
