The location was fantastic and checking in was smooth; we parked early and returned to the room later that night. The rooms were small as expected, and the TV screen in ours had some prior damage.

The staff here are outstanding compared to many places, and I’ve never been so fond of a hotel flower boutique before. The location is amazing with minimarts everywhere. However, the price feels a bit high for the dated feel, and the space could be used better—mobile bedside tables and hanger hooks aren’t directly over the only power point. Parking costs an extra $20, so you might find a nicer place for the same overall price. The TV only streams online and requires your own subscription; there are no kettles or tea in the room. Being in Surfer's Paradise means you’ll hear drunk car alarms every hour at night, a problem even high‑end hotels can’t solve.

No breakfast. Location was suitable. No where to sit comfortably. No tea or coffee facility in room, only shared kitchen that was sub-standard. 3 storey building, NO lift. Unexpected $100 security deposit on check in which took 5 day to be refunded. Remotes for TV and air-con missing. The whole unit was dilapidated and rundown
