“Fantástico!!”
The room is very complete, the pool is beautiful, and the atmosphere is very peaceful.
“Muy mal”
The location is good. However, there were many cockroaches, the facilities lacked maintenance, the shower was clogged, the fan didn’t work, the sheets were dirty and we had to ask for replacements, and we were without water for more than 10 hours in the room.
“Beautiful and great location”
The space, location, and staff were great. Some bedding had stains, one room had no TV, we didn’t receive enough laundry supplies even though we had our own, the shower area needed better cleaning, and there was no washer or dryer even though the pictures showed one; another unit had a washer but ours had an empty space. The elevator was hot and sometimes smelled. It was a good stay, but for what I paid it didn’t meet expectations because of the missing washer, dryer, and TV.
“Fatal, no recomiendo”
Only the location was good. The facilities suffered from lack of maintenance, the shower was clogged, the ceiling fan didn’t work, the sheets were dirty and we had to request new ones, there were many cockroaches, and to top it off we were without water for more than 10 hours.
They are located on 5th Avenue. They took a long time to open me.
