We have very beautiful and heartfelt memories of our stay at Burg Arras. It’s a place with a very special atmosphere, but what stayed with us most were the hosts—unbelievably friendly, attentive, and always helpful. Thanks to them we truly felt welcome. We also want to highlight the cleanliness—everything was very well kept, tidy, and pleasant. We had a wonderful time here and would love to come back. Thank you for the hospitality and the warm atmosphere!

“Außergewöhnlich herrschaftlich”

Staying on a castle is already a unique experience. The rooms are stylishly arranged, clean and tidy. The museum visit and tower climb are included. The view from there is great. You get a huge key for the entrance gate. The detour is worth it for Moselsteig hikers. The staff are very friendly and dedicated, and the breakfast is delicious. The reception was a bit chaotic because one person had to handle the restaurant and reception alone. The three‑course menu was okay but definitely a bit overpriced. Still, everyone made a real effort, no question.

“Elegant private experience with amazing views and atmosphere.”

The breakfast was full, varied, and amazing with high‑quality cheeses, tasty eggs, and warm meats. Maria was exceptionally attentive and caring. The views from the tower (keep) and the valley from the viewing room were amazing.
