The hotel looked exactly as pictured; the registration and restaurant staff were friendly and pleasant, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was very good. However, the location felt a bit remote for those without a car, the shuttle service was only for members, and the restaurant’s hours were confusing—sometimes it only served breakfast and dinner, so we had to use DoorDash.

The beds and pillow were comfortable. Loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I didn't like how the air conditioner turned off and on.but maybe it only runs like that. It was loud, then quiet

I enjoyed the spa, whirlpool, indoor pool, and buffet, though the fire alarm kept going off repeatedly.
