Room no. 7 was dirty and dilapidated: the mattress and bedspread were filthy, the remote was broken, there was no hot water in the shower, the flexible shower head leaked, the siphon leaked, the sanitary fixtures were damaged, the curtain was torn, there was no soundproofing, and there was a stain on the floor next to the bed. The worst part was a nauseating odor that hit me as soon as I entered the room—a mix of cigarette, vinasse, and other smells. I will not stay here again and am requesting a refund.

The reception was clean, and the staff were very friendly. Simple people like us feel good about that. Unfortunately, the coffee was quite mediocre, but it was not a major issue.

The staff were really attentive and friendly, giving a smile when we arrived. If you want an hotel close to the center and more upscale, I wouldn't recommend this one.
