“Lack of management and a joke of a night”

The room was a suitable base for the night with a tv and clean bathroom bed was comfortable. On arrival the receptionist did not explain about the complimentary tea and coffee in the lounge. We were in room 16 and the The people in the room next to us room 15 were having a rave. Then the manger stopped it and told them it was unacceptable. They then went out at 8.30pm but when they returned at 2am they were playing music, singing and making lots of noise and taking drugs and smoking from what we could hear. No one on site to deal with the issue so left at 5.30am didn't end up staying for breakfast which was included. The night was an absolute joke

The double bed was especially comfortable and the hotel was close to the beach, shops, and clubs. The staff were very nice when I emailed them to change my booking. The shower doors were detached from the sliders, there was mould and cracks on the ceiling, and there was little to no ventilation.

The location was ideal for my needs. The breakfast was good, the staff were friendly, and I would stay there again. I personally would have preferred tea-making facilities in the room.

The staff were friendly and the value for money was good. The carpets need more moderation and perhaps a change; they look old-fashioned.

“Aceptable”

The location and breakfast were good, acceptable for staying 1 or 2 nights. In the room, any slightest noise from outside or from adjacent rooms could be heard. I found one loose item inside the bed and two on the floor. I had booked a room with a double bed, but they gave me one with three single beds.
