Everything—welcome, room, breakfast, cleaning—was great! The only downside is that the road to get there is being repaved again.

The facility is excellent: a large, very clean room with a big bathroom and double shower. The staff are courteous and helpful, and upon arrival they immediately gave me suggestions on what to visit, where to park, and where to eat (they recommend Trattoria Paolangelo). It’s 15 minutes from Matera’s center and convenient for visiting Bari, Altamura, Alberobello, and Locorotondo. I strongly advise not to follow the GPS that sends you out to Canosa via a dead‑end, badly damaged state road; instead exit Bari and take the ring road.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and air‑conditioned. The parking was free. Nothing else to mention.
