Pension Heuer

I was upgraded to a huge 140‑square‑meter apartment that was spotless, had a nice kitchen, a lovely patio, and a beautiful garden that everyone could enjoy; it was just a short walk from the charming nearby town. The bathrooms were a mild disappointment – clean and nice but clearly from the 1990s and needing a refresh – and the comforters were only a one‑person set with a bedsheet instead of a proper two‑person comforter, which might just be a cultural quirk I don’t get.

We were greeted very warmly. The breakfast was exceptionally tasty. The staff were friendly, helpful, and considerate, so we’ll definitely return. The only drawback was the two TV armchairs in our room.

“Die freundliche Pension mit dem ganz speziellen Frühstück”

The very friendly host offered us e‑bikes to rent and even took them back for free when we couldn’t ride anymore. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and personal. The setting was very pleasant, and the breakfast was especially great, made just for each guest: eggs, cheese, sausage, all available, plus plenty of jam. Highly recommended.

The room was very good and very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. The service was plentiful. Nothing else to note.
