Personale ottimo gentile, pulizia ottima. non ci manca niente teli sia bagno che piscina, asciugamani per doccia faccia insomma proprio tutto sapone bagnoschiuma shampoo. ottimo. Al momento non ho risposte

The staff were kind, but I didn’t like that I purposely changed hotels because of noise and they didn’t tell me there was an open construction site; also I had asked for an absolutely quiet room before booking and it had the elevator attached, and on top of that there were also a group of loud English sportsmen on that floor in the evening.

The location is great, the staff are excellent, the reception women were not very welcoming, but the man was very kind, helpful and professional; the kitchen was not great, almost the same thing repeats; the breakfast was good and varied; the shower head in the bathroom doesn’t work.

The hotel has three pools (30, 35, 37 °C) but they’re not very large for the number of guests; breakfast is good; lunch and dinner are sufficient; the room is large and the bathroom is large; the location isn’t exactly central, the pools are small, and there are ongoing works presumably for a new pool.
