I couldn’t get it to work with the normal system, so I booked the same room on the same day because the notice said I could check in until 10 pm. When I arrived after 9 pm, the hotel was closed and I received an email saying I’d been moved to another hotel. I found that hotel also closed. It was as dark as a tomb, no phones or contact numbers, literally zero communication. I expect a refund for such service.

The location is fine. The room is small, I was surprised to have to wash dishes, take out the trash, and there were notes with instructions.
