Nice bungalow complex, clean and quiet, with a mosquito net and good location. The shower needs a long run to get warm water, and the spray is weak overall; the shower head should be descaled.

It’s essential to state how close the mosque is so travelers can decide; I couldn’t sleep after 5 am every morning. Earplugs are useless because the noise is so loud.

A cool place with friendly people. I stayed three nights and the cleaning never happened; I had to do it myself, which is a shame because everything else was great.

Lisa was welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The pool and sun loungers were lovely. Breakfast was good, with eggs or pancakes, plus coffee and tea. It’s a convenient base, just 5‑10 minutes from the port. The only complaint is that the bungalow didn’t feel very secure; the door could slide open slightly even when locked, though there was a safe for valuables.
