The setting is pretty within a mountainous system. The food was good with variety to my taste and most waiters were attentive. Almost everything else should state that it’s exclusively for families with children because if you’re looking for calm, don’t even think about coming; there’s no peace or quiet anywhere in the hotel. The cleaning is just enough. The restaurant staff were mostly friendly but reception was not and the bar less so. We had all‑inclusive and they make you stay for dinner on the day you leave, so if check‑out is from 11 to 13 you can’t eat and you have to wait. I told them to change Sunday’s meal to Saturday and they inexplicably said they couldn’t, which is absurd. I don’t think I’ll come back, and that 4‑star rating is not a joke. The facilities are old and the rooms are outdated.

Hem passat un cap de setmana excel·lent! El lloc és molt bonic i està ple d’espais per gaudir en família i amb els nens. L’entorn és preciós i l’atenció al client ha estat de 10 per part de tothom (recepció, bufet, etc.). En especial, el meu petit (Marcel) i jo volem agrair de tot cor la feina de l’equip d’animació! Pau i tot l’equip: SOU GENIALS! 🥰🎉 Ens ho hem passat molt bé i, sens dubte, ens veiem aviat! ❤️

The space feels very welcoming and the breakfast is good. The spa is too small and the massages are a bit expensive.

El equipo de animación 10/10 es lo que le da valor al hotel. Sobre el comedor tiene un grave problema con las moscas, se vuelve muy desagradable comer así y más con niños es muy antihigiénico deben solucionar eso con ventiladores o algo. Es la razón por la que no volvería
