Everything was spot on: the place was spotless, super quiet, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the area felt very safe.

The air conditioning was not functioning properly, and the floors were dirty. To make matters worse, there was a strong bad smell and a broken ceiling. To top it all off, they refused to refund my money, which left a very sour taste in my mouth. Needless to say, I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
