The hotel was ugly and old, and in the room we found toys from previous guests. The location was bad and the hallways were full of cobwebs.

Nothing. The place smelled of smoke in the whole building . I had a headache the whole night stay . Bugs in the room. Very dirty. Ive never stayed a fillthy place before in my life

The place isn’t in a noisy, busy area and the staff are great. There’s nothing to dislike about it.

The pool was a hit for me and my two daughters, and the lady at the pool area handed us towels—she was really friendly. When we arrived, I left my luggage and my daughter opened the microwave, finding a plate with two different foods that had mold on them. We reported it to customer service, and a staff member came to open the microwave and took a photo of the moldy plates, then said “I’m taking a picture.” He also took both plates with mold and claimed they were fine. I’m puzzled how that can be safe for my daughters, how long the food had been there, and why we had to discover it—especially with my daughters around. They never sent anyone to clean or sanitize the microwave.
