The hotel was wonderfully decorated and very harmonious. Its very quiet location above Wagrain made it an ideal base for hiking, mountain biking or skiing. The refreshing nature pond was lovely, and the food was very good and plentiful. The afternoon snack was exceptionally generous, and the staff were friendly and international. We felt very comfortable and will definitely return.

Everything just matched perfectly. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The location was beautiful, the sauna area was lovely, and the swimming pond was great. The food was of high quality, varied, and offered excellent alternatives for intolerances. There were top‑class bikes and maps for cycling and hiking. The bar and balcony area were tastefully decorated and inviting, especially the cozy window‑seat with a blanket and a stunning view.

The place is beyond any possible imagination! From the arrival, which includes a drive through green scenery, grazing cattle, pony rides, and more, to the top, with orderly parking for guests, the hotel is framed by huge windows from which you can see the entire green painting and the green ski slope, lakes, forests, and wild animals like marmots. The luxurious hotel offers excellent cuisine, gourmet dishes for dinner to choose from, and very high service; every guest gets a fixed table, and if anyone feels uncomfortable, it is immediately changed. The spa pool is indulgent, and the entire lower floor is dedicated to spa, massages, sauna, indoor pool, and an outdoor area with plush chairs and a natural water fountain. Words cannot describe it! It’s worth the price. The staff are amazing, helpful, and indulgent. They provide organized brochures, including a TV screen in the lobby where you can see recommended bike routes in the area, ski routes, and more. You get bikes, a backpack, a large spa bag, and a huge, high‑quality room with a luxurious balcony and a breathtaking view. I recommend taking a room on a higher floor. Finally, they send you off with a voucher for the winter season and a bottle of wine—just wow!
