Fairfield Inn & Suites Alexandria West Marriott Mark Center

“We'd stay there again because the location is convenient for visiting a relative in the area.”

We appreciated how the staff quickly handled a problem we had; they were friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond, even offering a refund for one night when the manager brought up the incident from the previous night. However, a ruckus in the neighboring room at midnight kept going for a long time, so the staff promptly moved us to another room and eventually called the police to remove the loud occupants.

The location was poor—too much traffic—and I won’t stay again.

“Disappointing.”

It didn’t meet our expectations; the elevator was broken and the linen was outdated.

Everything was perfect—staff were amazing, the room was great, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel stayed clean and quiet, and breakfast was good too. No complaints at all.

The hotel sat near a lot of shops and restaurants, which was convenient. The only downside was having to pay for parking.
