“Excellent stay, thank you for the great hosting!”

Host was incredibly welcoming, and the 100-year traditional house was super nice!. No issue, just as expected that the stairs to go to the room upstairs were very steep

“Comfy, clean, would recommend”

Really good value for money. Had my own room woth very comfortable futon bed. Close walk to the main station. Nothing wrong with the property

Casa tradizionale antica e fascinosa, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Disponibile per gli ospiti anche una cucina con frigorifero. La host è gentilissima, parla inglese e mi ha aiutata con la spedizione della mia valigia. La scala per il piano superiore è molto ripida e potrebbe essere complicato salire con una valigia. Per fortuna la host mi aveva assegnato una camera al piano terra

“Perfect way to start your pilgrimage”

Just a few minutes' walk from Kii Tanabe station and the seafront—sunsets here are incredible. The host is warm and welcoming, and the room is entirely yours, which feels like a luxury compared to the shared spaces most pilgrims get. The futon and bedding are very comfortable, and the room itself is spacious. The downside is the bathroom is outside and the walls are very thin, but that’s expected in an old building with sliding door partitions.
