This was one of the best places I have stayed; the accommodation was exceptionally clean and comfortable, the host communicated clearly throughout the entire process, responded quickly to any questions, and ensured that everything went smoothly, so the property was clean, comfortable, well managed, everything went smoothly, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The rooms stayed clean, but the hotel had no backup power, so during load shedding the water system also failed.

When I arrived, the staff didn't have my reservation, and I had to wait for several minutes, which made me question their ability to manage bookings effectively. To make matters worse, I was greeted by cockroaches in the facility, which was really disappointing. The shower was also poorly equipped, and the door was broken.
