The location is great and the customer service is good, but the room is tiny, the bed is very uncomfortable, and the pillow feels like a stone. On top of that, the cleaning was awful—I found a bug (not sure if it was a tick or a bedbug) that made me feel sick and itchy all night 😭, even after shaking the bed like crazy. In a situation like this, booking or the hotel should refund you; this is very unhygienic 😢.

I’ve stayed here twice already and it’s right in central Madrid, so everything’s close if you want to see the city’s main sights. The heat was a bit intense, especially with only a fan, and not having breakfast made it hard to find food nearby because there weren’t many shops open around the hotel.

The service from Alfredo was spot on, but there’s no elevator—just assistance for the elderly.

Excellent location, comfortable, and clean room. The only thing to know is that there’s no elevator and my room was on the fourth floor.
