The spot was great, Marybeth was super friendly and whipped up a nice breakfast for us, and chatting with the other guests was a highlight. Unfortunately, our room didn’t have a proper shower; the bathroom was just separated from the room by partitions.

The location was solid and parking turned out to be fine once we found it. The host wasn’t around for us, and her daughter was due to have a baby, which is understandable, but no setup was arranged to have the place ready, so we had to figure out breakfast on our own.

The place sits in a great spot for walking downtown and the room was very comfortable!

The vibe was very relaxed and the host was accommodating. I appreciated the history of the place—it felt like an old home with modern amenities, and the owner was very nice, even expecting a grandchild while we stayed. The downside was that it’s on a busy street and a nearby bar brings a lot of noise at night.
