Air‑conditioned rooms feature free WiFi, minibars, safes, and private bathrooms with hairdryers and toiletries. The hotel offers spacious lounges for meetings, a generous breakfast buffet, and room service via a local restaurant. It lies 1.5 km from Burgos Cathedral, near the railway station, and connects directly to the A1 motorway linking Madrid and León.

The hotel’s location is great, especially if you drive; there are plenty of free parking spots and it’s only a 15‑minute walk from the center. They leave water bottles in the room and the bed is spacious with good towels. However, the mattresses are terrible: the springs are uncomfortable, the base shifts, and the pillows are hard, so I couldn’t sleep. There was no paper cup for drinking, everything feels very old‑fashioned and worn, the air‑conditioner doesn’t lower the temperature, the blackout curtain is riddled with holes from its age, and the shower doesn’t close properly, leaving a puddle on the floor.
