The hotel’s location in Rome is ideal, a small personal boutique hotel with great dining options right nearby. The room with a balcony gives a clear advantage. The downside is the noise from morning bottle container emptying.

Breakfast was included and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The experience was very unpleasant: we entered through the common areas of a building, the rooms were adjacent, and we had to carry a key set for the whole stay. The room was spacious but poorly equipped, using goblets as tea cups, a badly maintained bathroom, an unusable shower sprayer, and even the sparkling water bottles weren’t fizzy. Nothing in this hotel feels right.

“GREAT LOCATION - NOT SO GREAT ROOM”

I booked with confidence, the spot is fantastic and we walked everywhere, yet the room didn’t live up to what we expected. The bathroom was cramped and the sink tap was oddly placed; the water was cold on day one, then fluctuated between cold and scorching, worrying my kids about burns. The room was okay but the floor wasn’t vacuumed properly. The staff we met were all very friendly, but overall I think we paid far more than what we anticipated.

“The perfect place to stay in Rome. Beyond our expectations!”

We loved the location—it was close to everything, offered a beautiful view, and remained very quiet. Our room had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, and the space was larger than expected. Nothing negative.
