Thank you sincerely to Pavlo at reception for his exceptionally warm and caring attitude! I arrived in Kyiv in a lot of stress, and the hotel representative helped me calm down, showed me shelters, and supported me during the panic. I also appreciate the lift‑side room and Pavlo not forgetting to hand me a small package from my mother. Ibis Railway Station Kyiv is simply a great hotel with fantastic people working brightly—definitely recommend.

I checked in just after midnight with two cats, and they welcomed us warmly. The room was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was a very diverse Swedish buffet. Everything pleased me; I recommend it!
