The location was great, the place was very clean and comfortable, and we had a spa room with all the comforts you can imagine; the small kitchen had a fridge and microwave, and tea and coffee were in the basement; the breakfast was very nice, including homemade muffins; parking was at the rear of the property, so I highly recommend it. Beware of the steep stairs and that our toilet was very low, which may not suit everyone; the breakfast choices were limited and it wasn’t served until 8.30‑9.30 am, but the food was outstanding, so I’m not complaining.

The Bed & Breakfast is marvelous, close to Victoria’s center, in a stunning old house; the breakfast is excellent and the hosts are very kind.

Location, decent price. Community kitchen was convenient. Community living room, rather cramped and felt cluttered. Not sure the antique vintage vibe was working. Breakfast service was rather slow as you order off a menu and then wait. Fruit on the breakfast plate was laughable. Half a raspberry, one blueberry, micro slices of other fruit More for decoration than eating. Would have rather self serve, scrambled eggs and simple other offerings
The homemade breakfast, the tranquility of the place, and its convenient walking distance to Victoria were great, but the room felt a little damp.

The place is beautiful, superbly located, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff were kind yesterday; they let us leave our luggage after check‑out while we were leaving, everything was wonderful and we’ll return soon. It was a bit tricky to carry the luggage up the stairs.
