“Lovely room in a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location.”

The place is superb, situated in a charming square in the old town. The bed was probably the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, and the bathroom featured a lovely rain shower. Breakfast was simple but beautifully presented, and blackout curtains let me sleep in after a late night. The air‑con was broken, and a handy small magnifying side mirror in the bathroom—useful for makeup—was inexplicably removed while I was away, which seemed odd and unnecessary.

“Comfortable”

I liked how pretty and clean everything was. The downside is there’s no parking nearby and the reception isn’t always staffed.

I enjoyed the surroundings. What bothered me was that for the price of the room, the air was broken.

Good location, spacious room and bathroom, and the bed was quite comfortable. The air‑con was broken at a freezing temperature and couldn’t be adjusted or turned off. In summer, the cold air forced us to sleep with blankets left in the room. I don’t think it’s broken, because I saw a review from months ago with the same complaint and another guest from the neighboring hotel in the same group said theirs was “broken at this temperature,” making it impossible to sleep or stay in the room. Breakfast started late at 9:00, was fine, but it took 25 minutes to serve us even though we were the first to arrive. When we complained about the air and breakfast, the staff simply looked at us, shrugged, and said nothing. I would not stay there again, since the whole city is full of accommodation.

“Decepcionante”

The place was clean. The air‑con couldn’t be turned off or regulated, and the only solution offered was to open the windows, which faced the N‑332 and came with its noise. It’s unacceptable that they didn’t warn you about the issue beforehand, knowing it existed. Moreover, the shower water leaked everywhere in the bathroom.
