The place was clean, the area is great for walking around the Medina, breakfast was fine, the room was very comfortable and roomy, and the staff were kind and helpful. They were flexible with check‑in/check‑out times and offered a luggage storage service. After leaving the room, there’s still a shower room on the ground floor if you need to freshen up or change before you go.

The location is excellent, close to Jemaa El‑Fnaa Square and within walking distance of all other sights. Every staff member was very friendly and helpful. The room felt dated and the bed was firm.

We loved everything. An unforgettable experience. The breakfast was fantastic. We liked all aspects of the accommodation, but it was a shame that the streets leading to it were sometimes littered.

The hotel complex is very beautiful. The staff were friendly yet distant, and the breakfast selection wasn’t particularly large. Unfortunately, unlike the description on Booking, there was no bar or drinks other than coffee.
