We were absolutely delighted with Luca as our host. From the very beginning, communication with him was excellent. He was always happy to offer advice, help us with anything we needed, and go above and beyond to accommodate our requests. He helped us with parking, recommended places to eat, suggested things to see, explained how to get around, advised us on the best routes to take, and even helped us with our suitcase! :-) He is an incredibly friendly, warm-hearted, and helpful person. The location of the apartment was fantastic, right on the main pedestrian street. We will always remember Sardinia fondly, with its unique atmosphere, the charm of the city, and its beautiful beaches. “Super Unterkunft in bester Lage, mitten in der Altstadt”

The hotel sits right in the middle of the old town, and everything can be reached within 15 minutes on foot. The landlord was very nice and cool and gave us great tips. We stayed for 3 nights, which was perfect. In the old town it gets a bit noisy at night, but that’s expected if you want to live right in the middle. Nothing was missing. Comfortable beds, air conditioning, fridge, kettle, espresso machine, and even cotton swabs in the bathroom :-) Nothing to complain about. Everything was there, great location, and a very friendly landlord.

Luca the host – a very expressive person. He drove us to and from the airport. Everything fit. The apartment is very central. Directly around the corner is the old town, the shopping street, and if you want to go to the local beach, the bus stop is 5 minutes away. (Take bus No. PF to the beach – every 10 minutes – card payment). For requests, Luca responded immediately. And for German citizens – there’s no stress and you should embrace the laid‑back vibe. Nothing to complain about. Everyone has their own luxury. Of course the beds are a bit hard, like in hotels, but still very cozy in the room.

The location was great. The host, Luca, is a fun, cheerful, honest, and ideal host. Super welcoming and he shares great tips about the city and surroundings.
