We basically used it just to sleep; we went on other tours and didn’t spend much time at the hotel itself. It was clean, tidy, and the team was attentive. The water took a long time to heat, probably because of the time of day and the boiler, and the shower tap leaked when opened, soaking the bathroom. The staff were very helpful and addressed those issues quickly, and nothing ruined my experience.
