“Não recomendo”

The place was in a good spot, but I didn’t like the room at all—it smelled moldy, had a bad odor, one guest had to buy an antihistamine because of it, the double bed was uncomfortable and small, and other issues arose that didn’t match the owner’s claims, especially with animals like a cat and several roosters and hens that made noise at night; I don’t recommend this lodge and it’s on my never‑return list.

The Pousada Linda was incredibly comfortable and offered an amazing view! Aretusa’s staff made us feel right at home, welcoming us warmly and giving us great tips on nearby restaurants and snack spots. They were eager to help with anything, lending missing utensils, suggesting which beaches to visit, and recommending restaurants to try. The rooms were spotless when we arrived, and daily housekeeping kept everything exactly as we left it; the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was impeccable, lovingly prepared with many options, and we even had the chance to sip coffee overlooking the sea with the resident cat, Flor ❤️. I found the Pousada exceptional and will definitely return with absolute certainty! The only small note was about the shower: while the pressure and temperature were good, the shower head was small, but it didn’t detract from our overall experience—kudos to them!

The staff were very friendly and attentive, yet the bath towels had an unpleasant smell, the air conditioning didn’t cool, the mattress was very soft, and the bathroom also smelled bad.

Everything was wonderful; the owners greeted us warmly, followed by the staff. Aretuza was very friendly and attentive, delivering excellent service. The lodge was beautiful, breakfast was great, and there’s a lovely cat! I loved everything and highly recommend it 🙏🏻🤍. The only thing I’d add is how natural and kind the staff were!
