I booked a luxury room with a balcony and city view, but the balcony view was blocked. The staff were not at all cooperative, making it a very bad experience.

The ambience was good. The location was a drawback.

It’s a decent property, but on the third floor the lights were not working and the whole floor was dark. The same issue persisted.

[SCORE] 9.0/10 [TEXT] The vibe here is great, the staff are polite, and the room is clean and hygienic—totally worth it. I did notice the breakfast selection was a bit narrower this time, especially since I’m a regular at this place.

[SCORE] 8.0/10 [TEXT] I had an amazing and pleasant stay overall and would highly recommend it. The downside was that construction and renovation work were still underway, so the resort wasn’t fully operational and only half of the hotel was available to guests.
