We had a wonderful stay at Bienvenido Cozy. From the moment we arrived, Anusha made us feel at home by welcoming us with fresh aloe vera juice. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She kindly offered us an upgrade to her other property, Amarante Madiha, at no extra cost, helped us arrange our laundry, and even organised our transfer from Matara to Negombo. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty food. We especially appreciated that they adapted the breakfast to accommodate my son's gluten‑free diet without any hesitation. The accommodation is cosy, peaceful and private. The beds have mosquito nets, there is a lovely swimming pool, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The location is excellent: only about 100 metres from the beach and several restaurants, and around a 15‑minute walk to Polhena Beach where we practised snorkling. Anusha's kindness and genuine hospitality made our stay truly special. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The host Anusha was great, the location was super nice, the rooms were great, the quality matched the price, and the personal recommendations were even better.

The pool was nice, the room was spacious and family‑friendly, but the view was obstructed by construction, and the breakfast was expensive for what was included.
