The location was great, a beautiful hotel in the lively centre, but the heating was broken in one of our rooms, the temperature reached 30÷ degrees and couldn’t be lowered; even the air‑conditioner and staff couldn’t solve the issue, a different room was offered but it was a real hassle late in the evening, and the fridge was bad, the drinks offered were lukewarm.

I was blown away by the hotel’s vibe and the staff were fantastic. It sits right in the city centre, so we were close to everything. Instead of the standard studio, they upgraded us to an apartment for free.

The location was gorgeous and the staff were incredibly friendly. The only downside was that the restaurant breakfast was largely unavailable because of renovations, but they did bring the breakfast to our room.
