Great service, excellent breakfast, perfect location, quiet place, everything close by (market, pharmacy, restaurants). We were a group for the International Marathon in Florianópolis and the hotel gave us access to have a pre‑race coffee at 3:30 am.

The place is in a fantastic spot near the beach and key attractions in Florianópolis. The lodge feels very cozy, always spotless and well maintained. Staff are extremely attentive and courteous, always ready with local tips. Breakfast is great, with a good variety and everything fresh. Great value for money; I would definitely stay again at Pousada do Capitão. We only had one issue with the room TV: it malfunctioned, the team fixed it, but it stopped working again later.
