“Disneyland on a Budget: Cozy Beds, a Few Bumps.”
The beds were comfortable, the price was great, and it’s close to Disneyland. We had a last‑minute booking, so the price was a plus, and despite a few inconveniences it worked for us. I’d rate the location 6/10; it’s about a 5‑minute drive from Disneyland, but walking isn’t advisable with kids because you have to cross a busy street. We used Uber and paid less than $15 each way. It was safe and hassle‑free. The main reasons for the 6/10 were the liquor store behind the property and tight parking, but the area was surprisingly quiet with little traffic. The nearby liquor store let us grab ice and drinks easily. The beds were the highlight: a queen and two bunk beds with soft memory‑foam mattresses, clean sheets, and soft pillows—exactly what we needed after a long day at Disneyland. I wouldn’t choose this place first, but if other good options aren’t available, I’d consider it again. For a last‑minute, affordable stay near Disneyland, it served its purpose and the price outweighed the drawbacks. The room could use more cleaning and maintenance. Although it looked recently redecorated, there were still issues. A musty smell was present, so I bought extra cleaning supplies and wiped it down myself. Minor scuffs on walls and door frames were noticeable. The biggest problem was the bathroom: a missing tile in the shower let water leak onto the floor, creating a puddle that we had to clean with hotel towels—my own towel helped, but it was inconvenient traveling with family. The blinds were broken, and the outside walk‑area was littered with cigarette butts upon arrival, though the cleaning crew swept it up the next morning. The cleaning and maintenance teams were working hard, and I appreciated that effort. We didn’t have a TV remote, but management replaced it quickly. We also asked for a microwave, which they kindly provided—this made our stay more convenient. Overall, I want to give credit where it’s due.
