The staff were very friendly, yet the room leaked and was damp, the climate control stopped working, and the TV had no signal.

The front‑desk team were kind and attentive, the lobby looked nice, rooms were clean and well equipped with air‑conditioning, TV, bathtub, and sea view, the entertainment staff were pleasant, the water park was decent though a slide needed upkeep, the restaurants served varied good food, specialty dinners were fine, drinks were basic, overall quality and price were good; everything was fine.

The staff’s friendliness stood out, but I didn’t like that the room didn’t have Wi‑Fi.

The sea view from the room and the food were good, but the hotel could use a room remodel.
