They had air conditioning, kept the rooms clean and refreshed, and responded quickly to requests. But there was no microwave in the room, the TV was old and had an open view, and they should upgrade to a smart TV or TV box; with a smart TV we could have streamed Netflix on our own account and watched a few YouTube videos.

The location is great, and overall comfort, convenience, and friendly hospitality were solid. The only downside was the lack of breakfast options for vegans and vegetarians.

The location was good, but there were no bathroom mats and the floor was very slippery when wet; there was also no place to put your belongings or vanity case in the bathroom.
