There was no breakfast, which is disappointing for the price I paid, and the only thing I liked was having a place to rest my head. The toilets were dirty, someone had used them without flushing or cleaning, and there was no toilet paper, so I had to fetch my own. The TV was broken and the remote had no batteries. The tea, coffee, and sugar holders were empty, and the kettle could boil water but there was no tap gauge, so I had to use a tap in the bathroom. The mirror was broken and dirty. When using the shower, water ran all over the bathroom because there was no shower cover, increasing the risk of slipping on the tiles.

the place is properly situated but it not well taken of at all. facilities appearing at booking .com must be upto standard . good designed but not cleaned . there must be inspection programmes to evaluate the facility n licence it on yearly basis. dirty

“Very Very Poor”

The back door of our room had no key, so we slept with an unlocked door. We had to call the receptionist to clean our toilet because it was filthy, but he didn’t do it properly, as if in a hurry. We didn’t return for the second night because the check‑in process had no paper trail; anyone could walk in and claim a booking. The mattress was extra firm and uncomfortable. The room was dirty, full of bugs, and the shower was not clean. The bedding had an odor, and we could hear the neighbors showering. Noise from the pub opposite the guesthouse made it hard to sleep. The check‑out process was poor; we didn’t know where the receptionist was, so we left just as we had checked in. The room had no bedside tables.

“Poor management & Hospitality”

The room was dirty, and the windows were left open, so bugs filled the space. The shower was not clean and showed footprints from the previous user. The bedding smelled of cigarette. We could hear the neighbors chatting, and the pub opposite the guesthouse made it hard to sleep.
