I gave it a 2.0/10 because the front‑desk staff were friendly and smiling, yet I paid almost €200, which is disgraceful for a hotel of this level. The walls shake whenever a door slams or a subway passes, the décor feels old, ugly and gloomy, and the mattresses are uncomfortable. The housekeeping is lacking; at best the location is acceptable, but it’s a place to avoid.
