The location is perfect for exploring Port de Sóller, and the surroundings are calm and beautiful. Breakfast offers a varied, generous buffet that starts the day right, but the rooms feel dated and damp, lacking basic items like a mini‑fridge, shower gel, shampoo, or a hair dryer, so a thorough refresh would help.

“Old and basic, barely passable bungalows”

The place sits a short walk from the Port de Sóller bus stop and a 10‑minute walk from the beach, with restaurants and supermarkets in between. Breakfast was decent but not varied or plentiful, and the bungalows feel a touch better than sleeping under a bus stop. However, the bungalows are very basic—no AC, TV, fridge, or even shampoo, and only one soap for the entire stay. They’re old and the sheets look worn, though they were clean. The staff were unwelcoming; check‑in was slow and tedious, and you’re yelled at if you try to pour juice or grab eggs at breakfast. Overall, it doesn’t offer good value for money, especially since Port de Sóller itself isn’t a great value destination.

We were pleasantly surprised after reading some bad reviews. The cottage is a bit dated but fully equipped; cleaning happens daily and the laundry smells fresh. The beds are comfortable and can be easily moved together. We stayed in October when it wasn’t hot, but with warmer weather the cottage, having only two fans, would probably feel warm. Breakfast was delicious and varied. The pool was clean and cool, with a bar selling drinks, ice cream, and a few snacks. The harbor is less than a 10‑minute walk, and you can park on the street in the blue spaces or use the paid parking at the roundabout. We were there during a period when all other guests turned out to be German, and the staff mostly spoke German to us, which detracted from the Spanish vacation vibe. They also enforce many rules around the pool and breakfast, but that keeps things organized for them.
