I usually head to this place on my way to SA, and it’s spot on—just a 5‑minute walk from Dubai Mall. The rooms are comfy, the food hits the spot, and the staff are super friendly and helpful, especially reception manager Nilo. I definitely recommend it! I love everything.

I appreciate the proximity to the mall and tourist spots. The downside: after using the shower the first morning, I woke up to a strong urine smell.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the view was very nice. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Thanks to the heritage hotel autograph collection and Mr. Nilo for the warm welcome and the wonderful stay.
