Great location, just a short walk from the town. The staff did everything for us and the cleanliness was superb. Breakfast was excellent. Overall a 5‑star service. Nothing to mention, everything was exceptional.

First of all, the service: the staff and restaurant offered a level of service I rarely see in hotels, especially mentioning Abrah and Johana. Whenever we asked or requested something, we received exemplary service. Stunning. Breakfast was very high quality. The evening restaurant was excellent (we also tried the gourmet, which was good). Three pools (one heated spa, one quiet area, one family). The room was great with a balcony overlooking the lake. Free parking. Five minutes on foot from the bustling promenade of Bordelino. A super convenient spot on the road with corner shops. We want to return again! The only small thing: the cappuccino should have been hotter at the breakfast table (it was unlimited), and there was no kettle in the room.
